Twice named No1 in The Sunday Times Best Companies to Work For, the small business insurance broker Simply Business asked LiveWorkWell for support in motivating its people take ownership of their own resilience and wellbeing — fostering a culture of meaningful engagement.
We presented a taster session to introduce mindfulness and explain how FirstBeat heart-rate variability (HRV) analysis tracks your personal stress and recovery. Each person wore a HRV monitor for three days, followed up by group or individual sessions to discuss the findings. They then completed a six-week mindfulness programme, with a final one-to-one coaching session to embed changes that would benefit them both personally and professionally.
