What we did

Knight Frank asked LiveWorkWell to present half-day workshops on developing resilience and mindfulness as part of the global estate agency’s internal Customer Experience Change programme, in which 1,300 residential sales team members were taking part.

This internal programme won four categories at the UK Customer Experience Awards, the biggest event of its kind in the world, including the award for placing employees and customers at the heart of everything they do.
