Resilience
Build the capacity of your leaders and team members to be agile in the face of change and uncertainty. Weave recovery into busy days and respond skilfully to challenge.
Performance
Improve focus as distractions lay siege with ever more speed. Stop flitting from task to task, and start taking the steps that matter most, embedding habits that serve you and those around you well.
Relationships
Create genuine connection with others, unclouded by strong emotions or defensive habits. Learn the art of empathy and deep listening.
Tailor the tools
Using science-based tools that build awareness in four key areas, Susan Peacock delivers training tailored to your unique aims:

Awareness
Drawing upon neuroscience we explore ways to build focus and awareness, the ability to be fully present despite the swirl of distractions around us.

Resilience analysis
We consider the building blocks of resilience, acknowledging that we are all unique and may need to address different skills. We unpack what will be most helpful for you and your team.

Firstbeat lifestyle assessment
We track your stress-recovery balance with a wearable Firstbeat heart-rate monitor, linked to an online diary, and then build changes into your day.

Team effectiveness
Using Core Strengths’ SDI, we assess what motivates you when things go well — and when they don’t — so teams can work better together.
The result is a more focused, resilient, and collaborative team — equipped to meet today’s challenges with clarity and purpose.

What they say
Susan has been a fundamental part of our wellbeing journey as we strive to make Simply Business a trailblazer in employee health and wellbeing. Through Susan and the mindfulness programmes we have run throughout the business, we have been able to engage a wide range of colleagues and create a network of advocates for mindfulness. Susan’s credibility and track record has enabled us to challenge our perception of mindfulness from something fluffy and faddy to a necessary part of our ways of working. Using the HRV monitors has also given us valuable data on how we run our own lives. Working with Susan has driven positive change around how we run our meetings, manage our diaries and understand how to be resilient in this overwhelming, fast-paced world.

What they say
‘Invaluable skills for anyone in a high-pressure role’ – Boston Consulting Group course participant
Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner Law Firm have been offering mindfulness and resiliency training to staff since 2019. These courses have been offered across the different regions including EMEA, US and the UK.
Attendance is voluntary and given the busy nature of a law firm, participants are negotiating conflicting demands and priorities. So as the mindfulness trainer, it is vital to equip people with awareness of skills that can make an immediate difference and can be integrated into busy demanding schedules. People vote with their feet and if they aren’t finding the sessions helpful, they simply won’t continue attending. Despite huge workloads, the experience has been that people take away tangible, transferable insights that enhance their ability to navigate complex situations.
