What we did
The Guardian newspaper wanted to help its high-profile but stretched digital team to deal with stress more effectively and know what to prioritise in a fast-paced, uncertain context. After our mindfulness training, the team reported a 22% improvement in their ability to interact well with colleagues when under pressure.
